With extensive experience as President and COO of a large senior housing complex in Edina, Ted has guided countless seniors and their families in the transition from family homes to more suitable accommodations. His dedication to compassionate, knowledgeable assistance is core to our approach.

Senior Services has specialized in senior moves since 1993, and supported hundreds of clients through the entire moving process. In 1994, Ted became a Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) after rigorous training on the needs of 50+ homebuyers and sellers. This expertise deepened his understanding of the unique concerns, stressors, and challenges you may face. Our goal is to simplify your move and remove the feeling of being overwhelmed.

In 2023, Danny joined Senior Services to work alongside Ted, bringing with him a 15-year background in corporate sales. His extensive experience in client relations and negotiation adds valuable expertise to our team. Committed to serving the unique needs of older adults, Danny obtained his Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation in 2024, further enhancing his ability to provide informed, compassionate guidance to our clients throughout their transition.
